Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Email bradleyrowe@rapidlayerlabs.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Our standard products qualify, including our usual colour and pack options, even though we print them to order. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, undamaged and include all pieces. Send them back within 14 days of notifying us, securely packaged, and retain proof of postage.

Return costs

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photos. We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any necessary return postage. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit your legal rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you and issue any refund due to your original payment method within 14 days, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Statutory rights

This policy does not restrict your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where EU or UK withdrawal rights apply, you may cancel an eligible order without giving a reason before delivery or within 14 days after delivery, then send it back within 14 days of notifying us. Necessary inspection of the goods is permitted; any lawful deduction for diminished value will be explained.

For a full eligible cancellation, we refund standard outbound delivery charges as required by law. Refunds follow the applicable statutory deadline; where permitted, we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Customers pay direct return postage for change-of-mind returns.
